2D-CAD Design
We examine the best handy structure for match customer’s specification with checking forInterference using 2D-CAD which base on data and a specification sheet are sent by customer(product, process design, die design, specification for press). |

3D-CAD Design
We design 3D by using 3D-CAD which base on data and a specification sheet are sent by customer(product, process design, die design, specification for press).
Tools are checked interference by using software for confirming interference.
In addition, we check that automations are no problems with analyzing fall scrap, analyzing carry panel safety and analyzing deflection panel.
